Code of Conduct:
All attendees, presenters and volunteers at League of Utah Writers Conferences QUILLS are required to comply with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation to help ensure a safe environment for all participants.
We are an anti-bullying and inclusive community. Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), etc. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the conference.
How to report harassment:
Reports of harassment in any form should be made to a member of our volunteer or committee staff. WE WILL TAKE YOUR CONCERNS SERIOUSLY. All bullying and harassment concerns will be reported immediately to the Executive Committee of the League of Utah Writers who are solely responsible for addressing and determining appropriate action.
